T Sullivan to work on Moor Hall in Aughton
T Sullivan Engineering has secured a job from a private developer to work on one phase of construction required at the Moor Hall in Aughton.
The existing 16th century property is being heavily renovated to turn it into a new development which will contain a Michelin starred restaurant, luxury accommodation and further bespoke dining facilities.
Renovations require the construction of a new steel frame which will sit alongside the existing building to form a new large open plan dining area.
Extreme care will be required as the existing building is of Tudor origins and is Grade II listed.
