New Pedestrian Ramp at First Street

T Sullivan Engineering have been awarded the contract to design, supply and install a 20m long pedestrian ramp along with other metalwork items on the new development at “First Street” in Manchester.
The site is split into two sections, one being managed by Carillion and the other by Wates.
The new ramp is to be removable which will allow for future expansion of the overhead railway line by Network rail.
The new development is being marketed as follows; “The First Street area is set to become Manchester’s most vibrant new neighborhood, with a compelling blend of culture, leisure, retail and office space”, and T Sullivan Engineering is only too happy to be part of it.
