T. Sullivan Engineering have now worked on two of my project, the current one being a £2.2million refurbishment to a sports centre with the steelwork package to the value of £50k. I was very keen to use them on my current project as they did such a good job for me on the first scheme.

This package was all based around providing new steelwork support framing to internal spaces of the existing building to replace load bearing walls being demolished as part of the scheme. The surveying of the existing structure therefore had to be highly accurate and the project required a quick turn around on development of drawing for approval by consultants as well as manufacture of steelwork following approval. T. Sullivan met these demands without a single glitch.

In my opinion this company have established themselves extremely well from the top down. Chris the director is a real pleasure to work with on the basis of good communication, meeting demanding timescales and working closely with the main contractor throughout the project, no matter how pressured the project may be.

All T. Sullivan site operatives on my projects have also been very easy to work with and you just know from the outset their aim is to handover a quality job, also demonstrating a proactive approach to any issues that may arise and have a very positive attitude toward health & safety aspects of the job.

I would personally recommend T. Sullivan Engineering to anyone looking for contractors in this field of work and will look forward to working with them again on a future scheme.
